1 Defendant in error, hereafter denominated plaintiff, brought this action for divorce and other relief against plaintiff in error, here designated as defendant. As grounds for divorce the petition alleged among other things extreme cruelty and incompatibility. The relief asked was for divorce, child custody and support, and that all property acquired during coverture be set over to plaintiff. Defendant (plaintiff in error) answered by general denial. The issues raised were presented to the trial court at length.
